The Position

Sales Manager

Tasks

Develop, update and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the framework of the company's objectives. Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals to potential customers.

Requirements

Requirements In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Experience with export/ import processes, Incoterms and/or trade finance and/or Cargo insurance management. HubSpot. CRM In-depth knowledge. LinkedIn campaigns. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Languages: English: very good knowledge. German: good knowledge.
